Responsibilities
- Design and develop production-grade Agentic AI solutions using Python, Agent SDKs, and LangGraph.
- Architect multi-agent workflows, orchestration pipelines, and autonomous reasoning systems.
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs supporting agentic capabilities.
- Implement observability, tracing, evaluation frameworks, and agent performance benchmarking.
- Drive LLM evaluation practices covering response quality, hallucination detection, and agent performance.
- Design and manage AWS cloud infrastructure for deployment and scaling.
- Champion DevOps practices including containerisation, infrastructure as code, and automated testing.
- Lead code reviews, maintain code quality and security standards, mentor engineers, and foster continuous learning.
- Drive adoption of emerging Agentic AI tools and frameworks across the team.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of professional experience.
- Advanced Python expertise, including design patterns and performance optimisation.
- Experience with FastAPI, Flask, Django, backend services, APIs, microservices, OAuth2, JWT, and OWASP security principles.
- Experience with GitHub Actions or Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes or ECS Fargate, Terraform or CDK, DevSecOps, and secrets management.
- Experience with AWS services including ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, Bedrock, IAM, Secrets Manager, and CloudWatch.
- Experience designing agents, multi-agent orchestration, LangGraph, LangChain, Agent SDKs, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Experience with LangFuse and HoneyHive for tracing, monitoring, and debugging agentic workflows.
- Experience with response quality assessment, hallucination detection, agent performance benchmarking, and evaluation pipeline design.
- Bachelor of Engineering, BTech, or equivalent graduation.
