Responsibilities
- Support the OMC Cloud Infrastructure product as part of the PLM team.
- Handle customer emergencies and troubleshoot customer scenarios in a local lab.
- Recreate customer scenarios, prepare root-cause analysis documents, and test upcoming product features.
- Test and deliver monthly product releases and prepare for upcoming product support.
- Work closely with customers to understand end-to-end deployments and drive feedback to design teams.
- Collaborate with Customer Units and PDU Architects on product support and technical development.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with networking, including TCP, UDP, ICMP, DNS, OSI layers, infrastructure services, and security.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as KVM, QEMU, and libvirt.
- Experience with cloud technologies such as OpenStack, CCD, and Docker.
- Working experience with EMS, NMS, or LCM tools.
- Automation experience with programming languages such as Python or Golang.
- Working experience with AI tools.
- Extensive product support experience.
