Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Force.com.
  • Build Lightning applications using the Lightning Design System and develop Aura Components.
  • Develop Apex classes, triggers, handlers, exception handling, and bulk-processing solutions.
  • Develop and support REST and SOAP web services using JSON and XML, including API security.
  • Configure and customize the Salesforce platform, including Process Builder, workflows, and email notifications.
  • Participate in testing, training, documentation, operational support, enhancements, and bug fixes.
  • Use DevOps tools and support Salesforce environments, preferably including AutoRABIT, GitHub, Jenkins, and Visual Studio.
  • Troubleshoot issues, recommend process improvements, work independently, and guide or mentor other developers.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 1 year of Aura Component development experience.
  • 6 to 11 years of overall experience as stated for the Salesforce Developer role.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or the Force.com platform.
  • At least 1 year of experience building Lightning applications and using the Lightning Design System.
  • Strong JavaScript skills and hands-on Apex development experience.
  • Experience developing REST and SOAP web services with JSON and XML and applying security to API development.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, workflows, Process Builder, and email notification mechanisms.
  • Ability to perform testing, documentation, operational support, enhancements, bug fixes, and issue troubleshooting.
  • MuleSoft experience and direct CRM project experience in the financial industry are preferred.
  • Salesforce Advanced Developer certification is highly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, technical documentation ability, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under aggressive timelines, work independently with minimal supervision, learn quickly, and guide or mentor other developers.
