Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
- Build scalable applications with LangChain, LangGraph, RAG architectures, prompt-engineering strategies, and intelligent agents.
- Develop multi-agent systems, workflow orchestration, tool-calling capabilities, memory-driven architectures, and MCP-based integrations.
- Create evaluation, monitoring, tracing, testing, and observability frameworks for AI solutions.
- Apply machine learning techniques to structured and unstructured data, including feature engineering, model optimization, validation, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and cross-functional teams to productionize AI and ML solutions.
- Support MLOps through model monitoring, drift detection, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain technical documentation, coding standards, and quality assurance practices.
Requirements
- 7.5 to 12 years of overall experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
- Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI systems, LangChain, and LangGraph.
- Experience designing RAG solutions involving retrieval, reranking, chunking, memory management, and context optimization.
- Experience with prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, LangSmith, intelligent agents, multi-agent architectures, and memory systems.
- Knowledge of vector databases and embeddings, including FAISS, Azure AI Search, OpenSearch, and PGVector or similar technologies.
- Experience integrating AI agents with APIs, enterprise applications, knowledge repositories, and external tools.
- Strong foundation in classical machine learning, including feature engineering, model development, hyperparameter tuning, and model evaluation.
- Understanding of MLOps concepts such as model monitoring, data drift, concept drift, and model quality management.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Databricks and proficiency with Git and GitHub.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Ability to join within one month with an official notice period of 30 days or less.
