Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reusable mobile components aligned with design system standards and roadmaps.
- Translate Figma designs into scalable, production-ready mobile components.
- Collaborate with UX designers, accessibility specialists, and engineers to maintain design and code consistency.
- Build component documentation, implementation guidelines, and automated tests.
- Drive adoption of shared components and contribute to the evolution of the mobile design system and developer experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in mobile application development.
- Strong experience with React Native and/or native mobile development for iOS and Android.
- Experience building reusable component libraries, design systems, or shared UI frameworks.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture, state management, and mobile UI development best practices.
- Experience implementing accessibility standards and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Preferred: experience with enterprise-scale design systems, Figma, design tokens, design-to-development workflows, WCAG accessibility standards, inclusive design, shared component adoption, automation, documentation, and component governance.
