Responsibilities
- Own custom solutions end to end, from technical design through implementation, testing, release, and validation.
- Partner with customers, consultants, and internal teams to define use cases, gather feedback, and refine solutions.
- Build customer-facing UI, backend services, widgets, plugins, and integrations across the stack.
- Mentor mid-level engineers and help establish engineering standards and team structure.
- Participate in code reviews, continuous learning, and a cross-functional agile development process.
- Maintain a healthy CI/CD pipeline, push code frequently, and automate where useful.
Requirements
- Typically 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience and ownership of solutions from concept to delivery.
- Strong React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript skills with backend experience in Kotlin, Java, or Node.js.
- Experience working with REST APIs, SDKs, and external system integrations.
- Experience mentoring or guiding less-experienced developers and improving team practices.
- Ability to work directly with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and validate outcomes.
- Strong focus on quality, clean code, testing, continuous learning, and independent and collaborative work.
- Fluent written and spoken English and German are required.
- Preferred experience includes Go, MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Preferred background includes professional services, consulting, custom customer-facing solutions, SSO, SAML, OIDC, SCIM, REST, or microservices architecture.
