Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and resources for cost efficiency and resilience.
- Enhance monitoring and alerting to maintain the availability and performance of critical services.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks and improve resource utilization.
- Research and propose technologies and tools that improve team efficiency.
- Improve company-wide CI/CD practices and secrets management in alignment with security and compliance practices.
- Participate in an on-call rotation of one week per month.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of DevOps experience, including cloud-based infrastructure management with AWS or another cloud platform.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and related containerization or orchestration technologies.
- Strong experience configuring and managing monitoring systems such as Prometheus and Grafana; Elastic APM experience is a plus.
- Proficiency building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for resolving complex infrastructure challenges.
- A proactive, business-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with large-scale distributed systems is a plus.
