Responsibilities
- Build full-stack software, infrastructure foundations, internal tools, frameworks, CLIs, and libraries that enable product engineering teams.
- Improve developer experience through tooling, local environment setup, monorepo tooling, observability, and technology evolution.
- Contribute to infrastructure enablement, hosting improvements, CI/CD, scalability, and multi-cloud architecture.
- Support security and compliance initiatives including authentication, encryption, and threat protection.
- Contribute to frontend foundations such as design systems, component libraries, accessibility, and design and development unification.
- Help advance AI-assisted engineering workflows, including agentic development, code assistants, and MCP servers.
- Own software throughout its lifecycle and collaborate directly with product teams and engineers.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in full-stack software engineering roles.
- Experience building internal tools, frameworks, CLIs, or libraries that improve developer workflows.
- Strong frontend development skills and understanding of modern UI practices.
- Experience contributing to design systems, component libraries, or accessibility initiatives.
- Ability to create high-quality experiences across user interfaces and APIs.
- Developer-experience mindset, with engineers treated as customers.
- Collaborative, humble, curious, and motivated by enabling others.
- Fluent English; French is not required.
- Must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.
