Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to deliver product demonstrations and address technical questions.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients to ensure a deep understanding of the product.
- Provide ongoing support to customers, including troubleshooting and training.
- Work closely with product and development teams to relay customer feedback.
- Drive revenue and growth opportunities with existing customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Pre-Sales or Solution Engineer.
- Strong technical skills in operating systems (Linux), networking, and system integration.
- Experience with cloud technologies.
- Strong customer service skills with effective communication.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team.
- Experience working with clients in international markets, preferably in Asia.
- Familiarity with blockchain technologies or financial markets is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional Asian languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
