Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable core backend components using a microservices architecture.
- Operate Kubernetes-based services and design API gateway and MSA solutions using Helm, ArgoCD, and GitOps practices.
- Develop AI/LLM backend integrations and scalable AI agent systems, including MCP or similar interfaces.
- Build ELT pipelines, observability systems, logging, and monitoring capabilities.
- Construct AI data pipelines, RAG systems, and interactive data preprocessing workflows using vector databases.
- Develop hybrid chatbot services combining rule-based and LLM-based approaches.
- Optimize database queries and distributed processing for enterprise-scale, high-volume user environments.
- Perform requirements analysis, system architecture, software design, integration, debugging, and product documentation.
Requirements
- Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python backend development.
- Experience building RAG-based chatbots using LangChain.js or similar tools.
- Experience with LLM, GenAI, AI agent, or MCP-style backend integrations.
- Experience developing web platforms with Node.js and frameworks such as Express or NestJS.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Redis for caching or pub/sub.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, API development, and service operations.
- Experience with Linux, open-source analysis and debugging, Git configuration management, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience handling high-volume enterprise traffic through database-query optimization and distributed processing.
- Preferred experience with Open API, open-source libraries, and frameworks.
- The interview process includes recruiter screening, a Java/Python coding test, a skill interview, and a leadership interview.
