Responsibilities
- Deploy cloud upgrades and fixes across Azure, AWS, and GCP environments.
- Design, develop, and implement software automation based on team requirements and feedback.
- Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with development teams to streamline code deployment.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
- Improve engineering tools, systems, procedures, and data-security practices.
- Optimize company computing architecture.
- Conduct security, performance, and availability testing.
- Develop and maintain design and troubleshooting documentation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in an equivalent software-engineering role.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university in accounting, business administration, computer science, finance, or information systems.
- High-level experience with Azure cloud environments, including environment creation, Azure Resource Manager templates, resource groups, App Services Environment, Service Bus, and Azure APIM.
- Expertise in Linux environments, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, shell scripting, and PowerShell.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Maven, Jenkins, Java web applications, microservices, DataDog monitoring, Selenium, Git, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Ruby or Python, databases, and SQL.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and DevOps tools.
- Ability to solve problems, exercise independent judgment, prioritize tasks under pressure, and communicate effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
