Responsibilities
- Design, build, and test full-stack platform capabilities for customer engagement.

Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- Experience building scalable full-stack systems.
- Proven track record of owning multi-quarter projects.
- Experience with large-scale refactors and performance issues.
- Strong skills in designing backend APIs and data flows.
- Ability to mentor engineers and improve team quality.
- Experience with AI tools to enhance development processes.
- Interest in Ruby on Rails and collaborative environments.
