Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate AI-powered Growth experiences for onboarding and lifecycle engagement.
- Own the technical strategy and implementation for an AI Voice Agent to onboard customers.
- Build and scale AI-driven email systems using ACE, focusing on workflows and quality controls.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, Design, Marketing, and Platform teams to enhance customer experiences.
- Design reliable APIs and backend services for personalized onboarding and communication.
- Establish strong engineering patterns for applied AI development.
- Mentor other engineers and improve technical execution and product quality.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience with customer-facing products.
- Experience building full-stack systems, including frontend and backend components.
- Background in Growth-related product areas like onboarding and lifecycle marketing.
- Strong applied AI fluency, including prompt design and content generation.
- Experience managing multi-quarter initiatives with measurable impact.
- Ability to balance experimentation speed with quality and reliability.
- Proven track record of mentoring engineers and scaling team impact.
