Responsibilities
- Build and own core product features end-to-end, from data models to user interfaces.
- Design scalable backend systems for AI agents in production environments.
- Work on real-time communication infrastructure for customer interactions.
- Ship features that impact customer outcomes and business metrics.
- Build robust systems for enterprise-scale workloads with autonomous agents.
- Own deployment pipelines, monitoring, and incident response.
- Establish engineering practices that scale with the team.
- Collaborate with founders and customers to iterate quickly on requirements.
- Translate customer problems into technical solutions and workflows.
- Participate in technical discussions and architecture decisions.
- Mentor engineers and shape the engineering culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack applications.
- Strong fundamentals in backend systems, databases, APIs, and web applications.
- Comfortable working across the stack and learning new technologies.
- Track record of owning complex features or systems from design to deployment.
- Experience building production systems at scale with reliability and performance.
- Strong judgment about technical tradeoffs between speed and robustness.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
