Responsibilities
- Develop and scale a world-class developer platform to accelerate Harvey's growth.
- Build load testing and benchmarking infrastructure for AI-native applications.
- Integrate AI agents into the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Backend Platform teams to enhance testability and reliability.
- Gather feedback from engineering teams to promote best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience with scalable backend systems.
- Proficiency in Python or similar languages and knowledge of distributed systems.
- Experience with CI/CD systems and test frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with container technologies and infrastructure as code.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for improving developer experience.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
