Base Salary
$131k - $192k/yr
Responsibilities
- Enhance and simplify the experimentation platform used across the company.
- Build a new experimentation platform and contribute to system design and product experience.
- Own features end-to-end across APIs, data models, backend services, SDKs, and the React Decision Portal UI.
- Develop interfaces and tools for workflows, data discovery, integrations, analytics, and visualizations.
- Introduce LLM-powered tools and support statistical methodologies, machine learning, artificial intelligence, causal inference, and data-mining capabilities.
- Collaborate with product engineers, data analysts, data scientists, ML engineers, and data infrastructure engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of industry experience building end-to-end web applications with TypeScript and React.
- Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals and object-oriented programming languages.
- Understanding of REST and gRPC principles and experience designing, implementing, and consuming backend APIs.
- Understanding of database technologies and storage-layer selection.
- Backend experience with Java, Kotlin, Python, or Go.
- Experience with documentation and unit, integration, and end-to-end testing across frontend and backend systems.
- A product mindset for building platform services and user-facing tools.
- Proficiency with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor across design, code generation, testing, monitoring, and release.
- Preferred experience with internal tools, admin consoles, developer platforms, experimentation configuration, feature-flagging products, big-data technologies, analytics, statistics, or machine learning.
- Familiarity with cloud-based environments such as AWS.
