Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and build purpose-specific AI coding agents for supply chain connectivity use cases.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure for hosting and running integrations.
- Own systems end-to-end from the agent platform through the integrations runtime.
- Make foundational architectural decisions and establish engineering patterns and practices.
- Contribute across the agentic and infrastructure sides of the product as an early team member.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience with a record of shipping and owning complex products end-to-end.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern full-stack development.
- Hands-on experience building AI agents and LLM-based systems with current patterns and tooling.
- At least one tenure at a seed- through Series B VC-backed startup.
- Experience demonstrating high engineering standards, such as founding a startup, serving as a founding engineer, or building a product from 0 to 1.
- Strong computer science or engineering fundamentals, ideally supported by a rigorous academic background.
- High agency, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to work with minimal direction.
Benefits
