Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, customize, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing.
- Install and deploy CRM organizations using managed and unmanaged solutions and customize CRM entities, workflows, and business processes.
- Develop CRM SDK plugins and extend CRM functionality with .NET, C#, and JavaScript.
- Create model-driven apps, canvas apps, and portals using Power Apps and Power Pages.
- Build and maintain Azure Functions, Web Apps, WebJobs, App Services, App Service Environments, Logic Apps, flows, and storage accounts.
- Work with SQL databases, stored procedures, data views, SSRS reports, and Power BI reports.
- Use GitHub and Azure DevOps to manage source control and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with implementation partners, vendors, functional consultants, and business users.
- Perform work safely and support Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
- At least 7 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Extensive experience with the CRM suite and Power Pages, formerly Power Apps Portals.
- Experience with .NET, C#, and SQL Server.
- Experience delivering at least five actual projects.
- Developer certification is preferred.
- The position is based in GlobalFoundries’ Bangalore office.
