Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and lead the build-out of security infrastructure and tools.
- Own security-related architecture and design in accordance with enterprise cybersecurity standards.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of implementations, upgrades, configuration changes, and break/fix activities.
- Support hardening initiatives and monitor baseline configuration compliance across relevant systems and tools.
- Recommend evidence-based changes to security policies, standards, architecture, and best practices.
- Work with application development teams to implement DevSecOps with automated testing tools and processes.
- Document architecture, configurations, processes, maintenance procedures, and service desk support functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cyber Security, or a directly related field, or equivalent related work experience combined with cybersecurity certifications.
- 4 to 7 years of experience working in cybersecurity.
- At least one professional-level technical certification, such as CCNP Security, a GIAC certification, or another recognized security certification.
- Experience with SOC 2, ISO, and VAPT.
- Design and implementation experience with BigFix, Intune, Imperva, Snort, Nessus/Nexpose, or similar tools.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide authentication and identity solutions.
- Experience with Azure AD/Active Directory SSO, MFA, application registration, identity federation, and automation.
- Automation experience using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting, root-cause diagnosis, writing, communication, documentation, and procedure-development skills.
- Experience with Agile Scrum methodology and Azure DevOps.
