Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software solutions and components across robotics systems or applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance performance and reliability.
- Integrate software components within larger system architectures and troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Document software designs and development processes for knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Participate in team discussions, contribute solutions to work-related problems, and work independently as a subject matter expert.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Industry X Robotics.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong programming skills relevant to robotics software development.
- Familiarity with modern software development frameworks and agile software development practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues effectively.
- Experience integrating software components within larger system architectures.
- Preferred experience with Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Navigation and Autonomy, and ROS2.
