Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated tests using Python.
- Create test cases for APIs, AI providers, backend services, and end-to-end scenarios.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and improve existing test frameworks.
- Execute manual and automated tests for new features and bug fixes.
- Identify, document, and track software defects.
- Participate in code reviews and testing discussions.
- Support AI-assisted test generation, analysis, and test-coverage improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members while learning new testing tools and practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Basic knowledge of Python programming and software testing concepts.
- Familiarity with Git and a strong willingness to learn QA automation.
- Exposure to PyTest, Selenium, or Playwright is preferred.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs, XPath, CSS selectors, and Linux is preferred.
- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and interest in AI/ML applications in testing are preferred.
- ISTQB certification is preferred.
