Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain agentic workflows across the software development lifecycle.
- Build coding harnesses, reusable libraries, and integrations using Python and TypeScript.
- Configure coding agents to generate, test, debug, and refine software safely.
- Develop and integrate Model Context Protocol servers, tools, and supporting services.
- Create automated tests and validation controls for AI-assisted software development.
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, technical discussions, and agile delivery activities.
- Troubleshoot integration, configuration, and performance issues across development environments.
- Collaborate with engineering, implementation, and client-facing teams to deliver practical solutions.
- Document software designs, operating procedures, interfaces, and configuration requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve software quality, developer experience, and workflow automation.
Requirements
- Practical software development experience using Python, TypeScript, or comparable programming languages.
- Understanding of application design, APIs, source control, debugging, and automated testing.
- Experience building or integrating developer tools, automation frameworks, or software libraries.
- Ability to translate multifaceted requirements into maintainable software solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-based software development, deployment, and operational support.
- Ability to manage semi-complex assignments independently and communicate technical information clearly.
- Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred experience includes AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or OpenCode; agentic programming; large language model application development; Model Context Protocol integrations; prompt design; tool calling; evaluations; AI workflow observability; and direct client implementation or troubleshooting support.
