Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Implement features and enhancements, create RESTful APIs, and integrate them with React-based frontends.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend and frontend technical issues.
- Write clean, maintainable code and unit tests while participating in code reviews.
- Contribute to database design, microservices development, and application maintenance.
- Use LLM APIs and prompt-engineering techniques to test, refine, and improve AI outputs.
- Prepare and curate datasets for model training or fine-tuning and measure performance through A/B testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide occasional guidance to junior developers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
- Deep knowledge of Java and experience developing backend services with Java, Spring, and related technologies.
- Proficiency with SQL, PostgreSQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of RESTful services, microservices architecture, relational databases, and database management.
- Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of NLP, machine learning concepts, and LLM operation.
- Proficiency with zero-shot, few-shot, chain-of-thought, and knowledge-generation prompting techniques.
- Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini.
- Ability to optimize prompts, prepare datasets, and evaluate AI output quality through testing and refinement.
- Preferred experience with OCP, Apigee, AWS, GCP, Azure, GitHub Actions, Docker, automated testing frameworks, responsive design, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.
