Responsibilities
- Design and implement or shift features in the C#/.NET technology stack.
- Develop and maintain software using layered architectures and message-broker-based services.
- Collaborate with leads and developers to implement product development direction.
- Develop code that models, analyzes, and optimizes production equipment.
- Implement and use libraries that communicate with and control oilfield equipment.
- Work as part of an Agile Scrum development team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
- At least four years of professional experience, including at least three years developing .NET applications.
- Experience developing and maintaining features in MVP, MVC, or MVVM layered architectures.
- Experience with relational database development using SQL Server or similar systems.
- Experience with team-based software processes, pull requests, and source control.
- Strong C# coding skills.
- Experience with Docker containers, IoT protocols and frameworks such as MQTT and AMQP, and message queues such as RabbitMQ and ActiveMQ.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server or Oracle and DevOps.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and motivation to learn new domains, skills, and technologies.
- Preferred experience with MongoDB, InfluxDB, React, and the oil and gas business domain.
