Base Salary
$82k - $109k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support enterprise content management capabilities for storage, retrieval, metadata, document lifecycle management, and integrations.
- Develop architecture solutions across application, data, integration, cloud, and technology domains while aligning with enterprise standards.
- Support high-volume document ingestion and processing using API-based, event-driven, batch, and workflow-enabled approaches.
- Design and implement integrations between ECM platforms and SAP, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, JDE, Workday, and related enterprise systems.
- Contribute to DevOps and automation initiatives involving CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, monitoring, release support, and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with security, compliance, records management, and architecture teams to meet governance and security requirements.
- Investigate platform, integration, and production support issues and identify reliability and optimization improvements.
- Support OCR, intelligent document processing, automation, and AI-enabled content capabilities.
- Create architecture documentation, solution diagrams, technical standards, and implementation guidance.
- Communicate technical recommendations to technical and business stakeholders and contribute to platform modernization and team knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- A degree or equivalent is required, with typically four or more years of relevant experience.
- At least five years of experience in IT architecture, software engineering, platform engineering, enterprise applications, or related technology roles.
- At least two years of experience designing or supporting solution architecture, platform architecture, or enterprise technology solutions.
- Experience with enterprise content management, document management, workflow, imaging, or content-driven platforms.
- Understanding of cloud technologies, integrations, distributed systems, automation, APIs, and operational support practices.
- Experience delivering technology solutions in cross-functional enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred experience with Nuxeo or similar enterprise content management platforms.
- Preferred experience with document lifecycle management, metadata management, retention, indexing, search, ERP integrations, OCR, intelligent document processing, classification, extraction, workflow automation, or AI-enabled content solutions.
- Familiarity with Azure, GCP, or other cloud platforms, and experience in healthcare, supply chain, pharmaceutical distribution, finance, or shared services is preferred.

- Competitive base pay range of $81,500-$108,600, with potential annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities.
