Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and the Scrum team to understand, define, and implement solution requirements.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, backlog refinement, daily Scrum meetings, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
- Develop .NET desktop applications using strong design and coding practices, including C# and WinForms/WPF.
- Ensure code is reviewed, unit tested, documented, and delivered to agreed quality standards.
- Work across sites with Product Owners, testers, Product Support, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Require 4–7 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Require a BE, BTech, or MCA in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
- Require expertise developing .NET desktop applications and experience with WinForms or WPF.
- Require strong design and coding skills in multiple languages, including C#.
- Require advanced object-oriented programming and design-pattern knowledge.
- Require knowledge of unit testing with one or more of MSTest or NUnit.
- Require experience with Azure, Git, and related tools.
- Prefer experience writing automated test cases and knowledge of cloud development and REST APIs.
- Prefer strong communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to work with a broad range of people.
