Base Salary
$67k - $102k/yr
Responsibilities
- Gather and validate business requirements with stakeholders and translate them into ERP and AVEVA PI technical solutions.
- Customize, develop, integrate, review, and maintain ERP and PI-related applications and features.
- Install, configure, administer, and support AVEVA PI System components.
- Create Asset Framework databases, element templates, elements, PI tags, PI Analyses, Event Frames, and Notifications.
- Integrate industrial data sources using OPC DA, OPC UA, PCI, Plant Information Link, and RDBMS interfaces.
- Configure interfaces, execute ETL processes, and ensure consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
- Assess system performance, identify enhancements, and maintain compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare technical responses for RFP activities, document customizations, train users, and support end-to-end implementation.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and, where applicable, lead or mentor developers.
Requirements
- Strong experience with AVEVA PI System Suite, including PI Data Archive Server, Asset Framework Server, PI Vision, PI Interfaces, PI Connectors, and PI DataLink.
- Strong experience installing, configuring, administering, and supporting PI System components.
- Experience with industrial process data management and historian technologies.
- Experience integrating industrial data sources through Open Platform Communications Data Access, Open Platform Communications Unified Architecture, Process Control Interface, Plant Information Link, and Relational Database Management System interfaces.
- Experience gathering requirements, defining technical solutions, and preparing RFP responses.
- Preferred experience in manufacturing, process industries, industrial digital transformation, industrial IoT architectures, enterprise integration, and operational technology systems.
- Preferred experience leading teams, mentoring developers, working with global stakeholders, and developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations with PI Vision and PI DataLink.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or qualifying progressive specialty experience in lieu of education.
- Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship.
