Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy scalable, secure, documented Go, NodeJS, or Python services.
- Create automated tests for new features and legacy services and promote automated quality gates.
- Collaborate with Product Management and UX to refine requirements and assess technical feasibility.
- Define alerts and runbooks supporting reliable, zero-downtime deployments.
- Improve engineering processes and use automation and AI-assisted tools to accelerate development.
- Provide technical leadership and facilitate decisions across distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Participate in assigned on-call shifts.
Requirements
- 8+ years of industry programming experience delivering complex, scalable production software.
- Proficiency in Go, NodeJS, and/or Python, with willingness to learn VueJS for full-stack integration.
- Deep understanding of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, and IAM systems.
- Aptitude for Terraform and cloud technology concepts.
- Ability to work effectively in a geographically distributed, asynchronous team using written documentation and GitOps practices.
- Strong organizational, technical leadership, consensus-building, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Must be located in and authorized to work in India.
