Responsibilities
- Establish methodologies for rapidly delivering AI- and ML-powered data analysis capabilities for data-driven products and services.
- Lead architecture and technical design discussions for data science solutions.
- Improve models through experimentation and optimization.
- Analyze unstructured text using machine learning and natural language processing techniques.
- Create reusable data science packages and APIs for organizational use.
- Build generative AI and agentic AI solutions using LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, Langfuse, RAG, and prompt engineering.
- Evaluate, evangelize, and drive adoption of emerging AI and data science technologies.
- Mentor junior team members on technical practices and business acumen.
- Own the scalability, stability, successful delivery, and business adoption of data science solutions.
Requirements
- 7–9 years of experience in algorithms and statistics, data mining, machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
- Experience provisioning packages and APIs for production data science code.
- Experience with machine learning techniques and models including NLP, BERT, Transformers, and deep learning.
- Experience using LLMs such as OpenAI, Cohere, Anthropic, or Llama to deliver business outcomes.
- Experience building generative AI and agentic AI solutions with LangChain, LangGraph, Langfuse, RAG, and prompt engineering.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Engineering or Data Science is required.
- BE/BTech, ME/MTech, or MCA education is preferred.
- Ability to translate quantitative analysis into actionable business strategies.
- Ability to collaborate across business, data science, and technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication, prioritization, independent working, and teamwork skills.
