Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, design, and deploy algorithms and Python-based applications for data-driven products and services.
- Establish methods for rapidly delivering AI, machine learning, and LLM-based data analysis capabilities.
- Lead architecture and technical design discussions for data science solutions.
- Experiment with and optimize models, including analysis of unstructured text using machine learning and NLP techniques.
- Build reusable data science packages and APIs for organizational use.
- Develop generative AI and agentic AI solutions using LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, and prompt engineering.
- Evaluate emerging AI and machine learning technologies, evangelize them internally, and drive adoption.
- Mentor junior team members on technical practices and broader professional skills.
- Own the scalability, stability, successful delivery, and business adoption of data science solutions.
- Translate quantitative analysis into actionable business strategies and collaborate with business, data science, and technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7–9 years of experience in algorithms and statistics, including data mining, machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Engineering or Data Science is required; BE/BTech, ME/MTech, or MCA qualifications are preferred.
- Experience with machine learning models and techniques including NLP, BERT, Transformers, and deep learning.
- Experience using LLMs such as OpenAI, Cohere, Anthropic, or Llama to deliver business outcomes.
- Experience building generative AI and agentic AI solutions with LangChain, LangGraph, Langfuse, RAG, and prompt engineering.
- Ability to provision packages and APIs for production data science code.
- Ability to translate quantitative analysis into actionable business strategies.
- Strong communication, prioritization, collaboration, and independent-working skills.
- Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced Agile-Scrum environment and take responsibility for successful solution delivery.
