Base Salary
$180k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support the digital product suite.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Translate business goals into technical architecture and requirements.
- Adopt a data-driven, iterative approach to product development.
- Estimate product scope and timelines.
- Lead and mentor other software engineers.
- Produce scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
Requirements
- Deep understanding and experience with front-end applications, APIs, and back-end services.
- Experience with modern technologies such as JavaScript, Node, AWS, and React.
- Strong understanding of all layers of a web solution and mobile impact.
- Experience hosting application services on cloud providers like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience delivering mobile products to app stores is a plus.
- Experience in a fast-paced, hypergrowth, collaborative environment.
- Experience in healthcare or virtual care is strongly preferred.
