Base Salary
$180k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support the digital product suite with a focus on scale, stability, and user experience
- Translate business goals into technical architecture and requirements
- Use a data-driven, iterative approach to build products
- Estimate product scope and timelines
- Lead and mentor software engineers in following engineering best practices
- Develop technical solutions focused on scalability, stability, efficiency, maintainability, and extensibility
- Build products and software using modern and stable technologies
Requirements
- Deep understanding and experience with frontend applications, APIs, and backend services
- Experience with JavaScript, Node, AWS, and React
- Strong understanding of all layers of a web solution and how mobile may be impacted
- Experience hosting application services on cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience delivering mobile digital products to the Apple and Google Play app stores is a plus
- Experience working in a fast-paced, hypergrowth, collaborative environment
- Healthcare or virtual care experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences and business stakeholders
