Base Salary
$180k - $248k/yr
Responsibilities
- Engage Solutions Architects to understand use-case demand plans for prioritized customers.
- Lead technical account strategy and execution after the technical win across strategic customer use cases.
- Own technical leadership for onboarding, enablement, go-live, success, and healthy consumption across customer workloads.
- Serve as the first contact for technical production and go-live issues, escalating to specialized Databricks teams as needed.
- Create and execute strategies to accelerate key use cases into production and coordinate Professional Services engagement proposals.
- Coordinate Databricks Product and Engineering teams for product innovations, private previews, and upgrades.
- Develop execution plans covering production use cases, user enablement, product adoption, cost control, optimization, and executive governance.
- Provide internal and external updates on usage, customer health, investment status, risks, product adoption, and use-case progression.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required for classified-information access and client-site obligations.
- At least 7 years of experience accountable for technical project or program delivery in Data and AI, including participation in customer technical debates and design decisions.
- Programming experience with Python, SQL, or Scala.
- Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting.
- Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems.
- Experience attributing business value and outcomes to project deliverables.
- Technical program or project management experience with account, stakeholder, and resource-management accountability.
- Experience resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives.
- Experience conducting discovery workshops, creating strategic roadmaps, performing business analysis, and managing complex programs or projects.
- Track record of overachievement against quota, goals, or similar targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to travel up to 30% when needed.
