Responsibilities

Work as a technical and functional consultant on multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE customer projects.
Contribute across the full CRM project lifecycle, including pre-sales, proposals, requirements analysis, solution design, construction, deployment, maintenance, and operations.
Develop solution designs using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure technologies.
Implement portions of solutions and determine when configuration or custom programming is appropriate.
Maintain direct contact with technical stakeholders, business specialists, and end users.
Collaborate with internal teams, colleagues in French-speaking Switzerland, and the offshore development team in Vietnam.

Technical degree from a university, ETH, or university of applied sciences.
Practical experience with Power Apps, model-driven apps, canvas apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
In-depth knowledge of at least one Dynamics 365 CE module: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service Management, or Marketing.
Knowledge of standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform functionality and their configuration limits.
Strong programming skills in Microsoft technologies, including .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Visual Studio, plugins, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
At least 5 years of experience leading and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects, including certifications, or equivalent project leadership experience.
Very good German and English skills; French is advantageous.
Experience in an IT services environment is advantageous.
Experience with Azure services, Power BI, and AI is advantageous.
