Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design and delivery while making team and cross-team technical decisions.
- Establish and enforce development standards to maintain code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Use Unix shell scripting for automation, system monitoring, and process optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in Unix/Linux environments.
- Mentor team members and coordinate cross-functional communication around technical and business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Unix Shell Scripting.
- Proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting.
- Strong experience with automation, system monitoring, and process optimization using scripting.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues in Unix/Linux environments.
- Experience with performance tuning and software scalability.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- 15 years of full-time education.
