Base Salary
$183k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end QE strategy for sophisticated features and platform integrations.
- Architect, design, and implement scalable automated test frameworks.
- Define comprehensive test strategies and quality metrics aligned with product goals.
- Develop and maintain robust automated test suites for various services.
- Drive automation guidelines and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor junior and mid-level SDETs/QEs through code reviews and guidance.
- Collaborate with software engineers and product managers to improve software quality.
- Analyze test results and production issues to implement quality improvements.
- Build and optimize CI/CD automation pipelines for continuous testing.
- Advocate for shift-left testing and quality engineering culture.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Software Development Engineering in Test or Quality Engineering.
- Experience testing machine learning systems and probabilistic ML applications.
- Strong programming expertise in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or C++.
- Extensive experience designing scalable test automation frameworks.
- Advanced experience with Selenium, Appium, or UI Automation technologies.
- Deep understanding of APIs, SDKs, and backend validation.
- Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks like React.
- Experience implementing automated testing in CI/CD environments.
- Excellent technical communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently lead large-scale quality initiatives.
