Responsibilities
- Own and evolve system architecture across the platform.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to design flexible systems.
- Lead high-impact technical decisions regarding performance and complexity.
- Translate business needs into clear technical approaches.
- Identify and address architectural gaps and scaling bottlenecks.
- Act as a technical mentor and thought partner across teams.
- Explore and apply AI tools to improve product and development velocity.
- Contribute to a culture of curiosity and experimentation around AI.
Requirements
- 20+ years of software engineering experience.
- Deep experience in system design and architecture.
- Proven track record in designing scalable systems.
- Broad experience in AWS cloud architecture.
- Ability to influence broadly while going deep technically.
- Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex systems.
- Experience with data pipelines and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience in Cyber Security is a bonus.
