Base Salary
$163k - $264k/yr
Responsibilities
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and operational workflows.
- Build and improve internal tools and platforms that increase engineering productivity.
- Manage and evolve AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
- Participate in on-call rotations and turn incident patterns into permanent fixes.
- Collaborate with product engineering teams to understand infrastructure needs and reduce friction.
- Replace repetitive operational work with software.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Familiarity with AWS and the ability to write software to solve infrastructure problems.
- Curiosity, willingness to learn new tools quickly, and commitment to collaborative communication.
- High standards for production systems, code quality, automated testing, and engineering best practices.
- Preferred: experience with Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tools, CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins, containers, Kubernetes, and observability tools such as Datadog.
Benefits
- Target base pay ranges from $163,000 to $224,070 in Zone 3, $172,600 to $237,270 in Zone 2, and $191,800 to $263,670 in Zone 1, depending on geographic location.
- Restricted Stock Units, health, vision, dental insurance, and mental health benefits are provided in addition to salary.
- Engineers participate in an on-call rotation.
