Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Windows desktop applications for the MB intrusion and access control platform using C++ and C#.
- Develop complete web application solutions with Lua and Java, including frontend implementation, backend processing, and database integration.
- Lead and contribute to platform architecture and design initiatives focused on scalability, reliability, and security.
- Integrate and troubleshoot communication systems and related technologies.
- Provide technical support, guidance, and leadership to customers and external developers.
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, propose solutions, and deliver project milestones.
- Mentor junior engineers and improve development processes.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional Windows application development experience using C++ and C#, with some Lua and Java experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on platform architecture, design, and implementation experience.
- Experience with current web technologies and SQL database systems.
- Experience integrating and troubleshooting communication systems.
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical support and solutions to customers and external developers.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with intrusion and access control platforms or related security systems is preferred.
- Fluency in German and prior engineering-team mentoring or leadership experience are preferred.
