Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications.
- Build scalable backend services, APIs, and database solutions.
- Develop intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, operations, leadership, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver software solutions.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in software architecture design, code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Support software deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
- Apply software engineering best practices in coding, testing, documentation, and version control.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong experience in full-stack application development.
- Proficiency in one or more of Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant field, machine learning or data science research, experience applying machine learning models to real-world applications, enterprise application development, cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, large-scale data systems, data pipelines, and manufacturing, industrial, battery, energy storage, automotive, renewable energy, or advanced manufacturing systems.
- Preferred technologies include FastAPI, Node.js, GitHub Actions, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and LLM frameworks or AI development tools.
