Base Salary
$123k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own client and partner integrations end to end for Conversion API, Audience API, and pixels, including technical discovery, implementation guidance, configuration, and validation.
- Troubleshoot data loss, event mismatches, deduplication failures, and other data-quality issues.
- Scale partner integrations by using existing products and converting repeatable integration patterns into self-service onboarding.
- Own and maintain implementation guides, event schemas, and technical best-practice documentation.
- Monitor ingestion-health dashboards, identify regressions early, and drive issues to resolution.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to provide client and partner feedback, improve integration pathways, and serve as the technical point of contact for incidents.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in AdTech or MarTech at a publisher, DSP, SSP, ad network, or agency, preferably in Solutions, Integrations, or Professional Services Engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Datadog, Tableau, or similar, including developing custom dashboards, looks, and views.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Hive, or another database technology.
- Deep understanding of Conversion APIs and CAPI gateway patterns, including server-side event ingestion, event deduplication, and event matching.
- Strong command of JavaScript pixels, browser-based tracking, browser behavior, and privacy constraints.
- Fluency with REST APIs, documentation, endpoint testing, payload and schema diagnosis, Postman or cURL, JSON, and authentication flows.
- A strong track record of providing technical support to external and internal stakeholders during complex integrations.
- Experience partnering with Engineering teams to triage and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
