Base Salary
$154k - $208k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer success in building and migrating applications, software, and services on AWS.
- Partner with sales teams to formulate and execute AWS adoption strategies that exceed revenue objectives.
- Lead deep architectural discussions and advise customers on successful cloud deployment.
- Deliver one-to-few and one-to-many training sessions for current and prospective AWS customers.
- Share best practices within the AWS Solutions Architect community and contribute to customer-facing publications such as white papers.
- Build relationships with senior customer technical stakeholders and act as a liaison between customers, service engineering teams, and support.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in relevant technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, or consulting on applications and infrastructure.
- 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Preferred: master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent, or bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or technology.
- Preferred: AWS Solutions Architect certification or a similar cloud certification.
- Preferred: experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
- Preferred: knowledge of software development tools and methodologies and experience presenting to executives, IT leaders, management, and developers.
- Preferred: experience in technology/software sales, pre-sales, or consulting.
