Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and evolution of agentic systems for care delivery.
- Define and build architectural patterns for agent reasoning and collaboration.
- Develop reusable platform capabilities and product-facing implementations.
- Own complex problem spaces from design to continuous improvement in production.
- Partner with product managers and domain experts to translate real-world processes into agent behavior.
- Establish standards for agent evaluation, safety, and operational reliability.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building and shipping production software systems.
- Proven experience with multi-agent or agent-driven systems in production.
- Hands-on experience with modern agent ecosystems and leading AI SDKs.
- Strong fundamentals in systems and backend architecture.
- Clear agentic evaluation mindset with experience in metrics design and continuous improvement.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
