Base Salary
$240k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evolution of agentic systems for care delivery.
- Define and build architectural patterns for agent reasoning and collaboration.
- Develop reusable platform capabilities and product-facing implementations.
- Own complex problem spaces from design to continuous improvement.
- Partner with product managers and domain experts to translate processes into agent behavior.
- Establish standards for agent evaluation, safety, and operational reliability.
- Mentor engineers and influence technical direction across teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in building and shipping production software systems.
- Proven experience with multi-agent or agent-driven systems in production.
- Hands-on experience with modern agent ecosystems and AI SDKs.
- Strong systems and backend architecture fundamentals.
- Clear agentic evaluation mindset and experience with performance reliability.
- High velocity and ownership in AI system development.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
