Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery with prospective customers to uncover integration requirements and risk decisioning objectives.
- Architect and deliver proof-of-concept implementations using Oscilar's platform.
- Own the end-to-end technical implementation for new customers, from kickoff through go-live.
- Configure and optimize Oscilar's AI agents and decisioning rules for each customer's context.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities based on customer workflows.
- Design and deploy multi-step agentic workflows for various risk operations.
- Synthesize patterns across customer deployments to provide product feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role in an Agentic AI company, B2B SaaS, or fintech.
- Demonstrated track record of owning technical implementations end-to-end.
- Experience with financial services customers, particularly in fraud, credit risk, or compliance.
- Strong command of REST APIs, webhooks, and data integration patterns.
- Fluency with SQL and ability to navigate data pipelines and model outputs.
- Hands-on experience using LLMs for practical problem-solving.
- Ability to configure and troubleshoot complex software platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
