Base Salary
$150k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly discovery calls and visit customer warehouses to understand operational pain points.
- Own product solutions from requirements and architecture through implementation, measurement, and iteration.
- Design and build complex data models, migrations, distributed systems, and intuitive user experiences.
- Collaborate with founders, Design, Customer Experience, and GTM to shape requirements and navigate ambiguity.
- Support production systems, improve reliability, automate routine tasks, and resolve incidents through root-cause fixes.
- Stay current with AI developments and identify opportunities to apply AI across development, product discovery, and evaluation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- Computer Science degree.
- Experience shipping products used in customers’ daily lives.
- Experience building distributed systems.
- Excitement and energy for the rapid evolution of AI.
- Preferred: experience building SaaS products, especially for small businesses.
- Preferred: experience building FinTech products.
- Preferred: experience with Grails or Java/Spring.
- Preferred: experience with Angular or React.
- Preferred: experience with RDBMS.
