Responsibilities

Build and ship AI systems for Nightfall’s security products.
Use Python to analyze data, experiment with NLP and other model architectures, fine-tune models, benchmark and monitor accuracy, automate training and deployment, support real-time inference, and design agentic workflows.
Use Go to build highly concurrent microservices that ingest and process data at scale with streaming infrastructure and distributed caching.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to turn ideas into live AI features.
Participate in the team’s on-call rotation and support operational excellence.

Require 5+ years of industry experience and a graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with rigorous coursework in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related area.
Fluent programming in Python and Go, or C++ or Java, with a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
Hands-on experience building deep-learning models and taking them to production at large scale, including complex end-to-end AI software engineering.
Hands-on experience building agentic workflows.
Preferred experience includes PyTorch or other model frameworks, NLP, LLM fine-tuning, agentic workflows, AWS, GCP, Kafka, Redis, Postgres, MLOps, research papers, hackathon wins, or open-source contributions.

Hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the Bangalore office.
