Responsibilities
- Lead or participate in full-lifecycle Oracle Transportation Management implementations, including requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Configure OTM modules including Order Management, Shipment Management, Execution & Visibility, Finance, and FTI.
- Develop and maintain automation agents, workflows, and custom events; perform functional and technical analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Support OTM Cloud implementations and on-premise-to-cloud migration activities.
- Manage integrations with ERP/WMS systems and external partners.
- Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and configuration guides.
- Act as a solution lead, guide junior consultants, and promote adherence to implementation best practices.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and version-control processes in Agile and DevOps environments.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience is required; the professional profile specifies 6–12 years of Oracle Transportation Management experience.
- Experience with at least 2–3 full-lifecycle OTM implementations.
- Strong knowledge of OTM functional configuration and technical architecture.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and OTM-related data structures.
- Expertise in OTM Cloud, automation agents, and customizations.
- Familiarity with integration frameworks, external distance and rate engines, and BI Publisher reporting.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply-chain processes, with excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Preferred qualifications include Oracle OTM or related SCM certifications, performance-tuning experience, exposure to 3PL/4PL and freight-forwarding environments, and knowledge of DevOps pipelines and Agile methodologies.
