Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce integration solutions using Salesforce APIs and middleware platforms.
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications to improve operational efficiency and support client objectives.
- Analyze client needs and implement business application integrations, automations, and workflows.
- Provide training and support for business application integration and utilization.
- Collaborate with teams and clients to deliver quality Salesforce integration solutions.
- Use analytical thinking and integration analysis to develop insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 4 years of experience required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required.
- Preference for study in Computer and Information Science, Accounting, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems.
- Salesforce certification such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant, Integration Architecture Designer, or Platform Developer I preferred.
- Proficiency in Salesforce APIs, Salesforce customization, and Salesforce Agentforce preferred.
- Experience with integration architecture implementation and middleware development preferred.
