Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce integration solutions using Salesforce APIs and middleware platforms.
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications to improve operational efficiency and support client objectives.
- Analyze client needs and enable seamless integration and use of business applications.
- Implement process automations and Salesforce workflows to improve data flow and efficiency.
- Use analytical thinking and integration analysis to generate insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with teams to uphold professional and technical standards in Salesforce system integration.
- Build client relationships and manage complex situations while delivering quality solutions.
- Provide training and support for business application integration and utilization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 4 years of experience required.
- Oral and written English proficiency required.
- Preferred fields of study include Computer and Information Science and Accounting, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems.
- Preferred Salesforce certifications include Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Integration Architecture Designer, or Platform Developer I.
- Proficiency in Salesforce APIs, Salesforce customization, and Salesforce Agentforce is preferred.
- Experience with integration architecture implementation and middleware development is preferred.
- Analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, learning agility, and the ability to navigate complex business integrations are preferred.
