Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end Workforce Management and Time & Attendance solutions across the full lifecycle.
- Act as the technical subject matter expert for Workforce Software, including solution design, configuration, and integration best practices.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with Product Owners, stakeholders, engineers, and external partners.
- Integrate Workforce Management solutions with HR and payroll systems using APIs, file-based interfaces, SQL, and scripting technologies.
- Lead technical workstreams and provide solution guidance within multidisciplinary teams.
- Resolve complex production issues and support platform stability, security, and resilience.
- Lead multi-country implementations while addressing country-specific requirements and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to platform modernization and ensure alignment with architecture, security, and governance standards.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with Workforce Software, particularly Time & Attendance, including implementation, configuration, enhancement, and production support.
- Strong knowledge of Workforce Management concepts such as timekeeping, attendance, scheduling, and HR/payroll integration.
- Proven experience designing and delivering Workforce Software solutions through the full lifecycle.
- Experience with integration technologies including APIs, file-based interfaces, SQL, and scripting or development tools.
- Experience leading global or multi-country implementations in diverse regulatory environments.
- Workforce Software certifications such as PT102, PT001, PT002, PT003, PT105, or PT106, or equivalent certifications, are preferred.
- Agile delivery experience, familiarity with enterprise architecture, security and governance frameworks, strong stakeholder management, and financial services or reinsurance experience are preferred.
