Responsibilities

Automate existing tests and develop test solutions for new products.
Design, assemble, document, and deploy production test stations.
Collaborate with R&D to define test requirements and transfer them to Operations.
Write and maintain test procedures and technical documentation.
Train production teams on new test equipment and procedures.
Improve testing and validation methods and contribute to digital transformation, business intelligence, and manufacturing-system implementation projects.

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or another relevant field such as technology, industrial engineering, or assembly.
3–5 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of test automation, instrumentation, or test-equipment development.
Knowledge of Python, MATLAB/Simulink, and another software development language.
French is mandatory, and good English is required for specialized literature and software.
Experience with ERP, WMS, or manufacturing systems is an asset.
Excellent Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, advanced functions, and Power Query, is an asset.
Knowledge of Power BI, Jet Reports, and Power Automate is an asset.
Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, autonomy, proactivity, teamwork, flexibility, and adaptability.
