Base Salary
$175k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production-ready generative AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and agentic frameworks.
- Build intelligent automation, conversational AI interfaces, assistants, and autonomous coding systems for trading, risk, and operational workflows.
- Architect RAG pipelines, vector database and embedding strategies, prompt engineering frameworks, fine-tuning strategies, and multi-agent systems.
- Implement guardrails, validation, monitoring, data pipelines, ETL processes, APIs, and microservices for AI and ML workflows.
- Integrate market, trade, and research data into AI solutions and existing trading and risk platforms.
- Partner with traders, sales, quants, technology, compliance, risk, and other business stakeholders to identify and deliver AI use cases.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and contribute to the firm’s AI/ML community of practice.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 1–5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, software development, or data science.
- Experience building and deploying production AI applications and delivering end-to-end technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, RAG systems, agentic frameworks, and autonomous coding systems.
- Knowledge of statistics and machine learning techniques.
- Strong proficiency in Python and strong SQL skills.
- Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
- Experience with front-end development.
